Ghee leftovers thekua
Ingredients:- 1. Ghee leftovers. 2. Wheat flour 3. Powder sugar 4. Dry fruits powder (optional) 5. Dry coconut cut into small pieces 6. Oil to fry. Let's begin:- 1. This is the residue that is left after preparing ghee. Take it out and let it cool. 2. Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl. 3. Add the residue to it. 4. Add the coconut pieces,dry fruits mix and sugar to it. 5. Mix and Knead a not too soft dough. 6. Now cut them into balls. 7. Greese your hands and roll one and gently press. Do for all. 8. Put oil in a kadhai and let it be hot. Now turn the flame low and put some thekuas to it. Deep fry nicely from both the sides. 9. Take it out and let it cool on it's own. Do not cover. Store for long time.
