Healthy Oats cheela
Ingredients:-
1. Oats powder(fried and grinded)4 spoon
2. Besan 2 spoon
3. Onion half diced
4. Tomato half diced
5. Green corriander
6. Green chilli 1
7. Salt
8. Turmeric
9. Jeera powder
10. Garam masala powder
11. Black pepper powder
12. Water
13. Carrot 1 grated
Let's begin:-
1. Put oats and besan in a mixing bowl.
2. Put onions, tomatoes, carrot or desired veggies in the bowl.
3. Add the masalas and mix.
4. Now add water and form a batter.it should not be too thin.
5. Now heat oil in a pan.
6. Put a full spatula batter and spread it.
7. Lower the flame and let it cook. Then put oil or ghee aon other side and flip and cook.
8. It's ready. Serve hot with chutneys. Specially very good for kids.
