Suji kheer
Ingredients:-
1. Milk 1 ltr
2. Suji(rawa) 1 small cup or less
3. Dry fruits
4. Elaichi
5. Sugar
6. Kesar(optional)
7. Mawa(optional)
Process:-
1. Put milk on stove to boil.
2. Once it boils slow flame and leave it to boil more till it reduces to 3/4th.
3. Meanwhile take the suji and roast it till golden brown.
4. Once the milk is reduced add the suji. At this point you can add the mawa if you are using it. Add sugar too.
5. Cook for 5 mins and add dry fruits and elaichi. At this point you can add kesar as well.
6. Switch off when u get a little thick consistency. (Suji kheer doesn't gets too thick. It's good when the consistency is thin)
7. Serve warm or cold. Tastes good while cold.
