Aaloo puri


Ingredients:-
1. Boiled potato 1
2. Wheat flour 1 cup
3. Green chilli 1
4. Green corriander
5. Salt to taste
6. Turmeric 1 pinch
7. Ajwain (powder for kids)
8. Jeera powder
9. Pepper powder
10. Garam masala powder 1 pinch
11. Ghee or oil to fry
12. Water to knead the dough

Let's begin:-
1. Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.

2. Grate the boiled potato to it.

3. Put all the masalas described earlier.

4. Mix all and knead it well.

5. Let rest for 10 mins. After that take the dough and form small lemon size balls out of it.
6. Roll it into Puris ( do not make too thin)

7. Put ghee in a kadhai and let it be hot.

8. Put the puri in it.

9. Flip and cook the other side.

10. Take it out. It's ready. Serve hot for better taste with any curry.
