Gujiya

Ingredients:-
1. All purpose flour 4 cups
2. Ghee 2 table spoons
3. Mawa 200 gms
4. Suji 2 cup
5. Coconut shredded and fried 1 cup
6. Powdered sugar to taste
7. Oil to fry


Let's begin:-
1. Take all purpose flour in a mixing bowl and add two table spoons of ghee to it. Kneed cover and keep aside.



2. Now roast brown suji and shredded coconut separately and keep aside.


3. Roast the mawa golden brown.

4. Once done off the flame and add suji, coconut, sugar, raisins to it and mix. The mixture is ready.



5. Now take the dough and cut it to small parts.

6. Roll it thin and place it to the mould. Mould should be greesed.

7. Now add about full tea spoon of filling to it. Now add a layer of water to it and close the mould. Then open and take the gujia out.



8. Make all gujiya in same way.

9. Now add oil or ghee in frying kadhai. Once nice hot add the gujiyas and fry nicely from both sides.


10. Your gujia is ready. Let it cool and Store in an air tight container.
