Matar paneer


Ingredients:-
1. Paneer 200gms
2. Matar 1 bowl
3. Onions 2
4. Tomatoes 2
5. Ginger 1 inch
6. Garlic 7-8
7. Green chillies 2
8. Salt
9. Coriander powder
10. kashmiri chilli powder
11. Garam masala powder
12. Vegetable masala
13. Turmeric slight
14. Corriander
15. Cheese
16. Butter

Let's start:-
1. Chop onions, tomatoes, gunger, garlic and chillies and keep aside.
2. Take oil in a pan. When heated add onions and saute. Then add ginger garlic and chillies to it. When onions are half cooked add chopped tomatoes to it and saute till tomatoes are mushy. Then take it out to cool.




3. When cool put it in a grinder to make a smooth paste. Keep aside.

4. Heat butter in pan and add the masala paste to it.


5. Keep frying and add, salt, corriander, and all the masla to it.

6. Keep frying until the masala it properly cooked. Now add water to it. Pour only the consistency you want for your gravey. Bring to boil.


7. Now add cut paneer and matar and allow it to boil. Add little green corriander and grate a little cheese to it.


8. It's ready. Serve with any roti or paratha or rice. Goes well with all. Enjoy.
