Gajar halwa


Ingredients:-
1. Grated carrots
2. Milk 1/2 ltr
3. Dry fruits chopped
4. Sugar 1/2 cup
5. Cardamom powder 2 pinch
6. Ghee 2 tbsp

Let's begin:-
1. Finely grate the carrots.

2. Put it in a kadhai.

3. Add milk to it. Let boil.

4. When milk is almost absorbed add sugar to it.



5. Let it cook till the liquid is almost gone.
6. Now side the carrots and add ghee to it.


7. Put dry fruits in it to roast.

8. Mix all. And allow to cook.

9. Add cardamom powder now.

10. It's ready. Put some dry fruits to it. Serve hot or cold. Tastes good in both forms.
