Palak paneer
Ingredients:-
1. Palak 1 bunch
2. Paneer 200 gms
3. Onion 1
4. Tomatoes 1
5. Garlic
6. Jeera
7. salt
8. Turmeric powder
9. Dhaniya powder
10. Pepper powder
11. Garam masala powder
12. Chilli
Let's start:-
1. Wash palak and put it in a kadhai to boil.
2. Meanwhile cut the onion, garlic, tomatoes and chillies.
3. Once boiled take it out, let it cool and make a thin paste.
4. Put oil in a kadhai and add Jeera to it. Then add garlic and green chilli. Saute for few minutes.
5. Now add diced onions and fry till golden brown.
6. Then add tomatoes and all masalas to it. Put a little water and let it cook till the tomatoes turn soft.
8. Now add the palak paste to it and little water to it. Let it cook for few minutes.
9. Once you get the desired gravy add the diced paneer and let it cook for few minutes.
10. Switch off the flame and it's ready. Serve with roti, pulav.
