Simple oats porridge for babies
Ingredients:-
1. Oats powder(roast and grind)
2. Ghee
3. Dry fruits powder
4. Palm sugar or jaggery
5. Water
Process:-
1. Heat a pan or kadhai and add 1 spoon ghee to it.
2. Put 2 spoons oats and littledry fruit powder to it. Saute for 1 mins.
3. Now add water and 1/2 spoon Palm sugar to it.
4. Saute as it forms a paste.
5. Remove the lumps.
6. Serve warm to your baby.
7. Any choice of porridge can be made through this process except for ragi as you need to fry it light brown or else it sticks.
