Mushroom Manchurian

Ingredients:-
1. Mushroom
2. Corn flour
3. Maida
4. Ginger garlic paste
5. Tomato sauce
6. Red or green chilli sauce
7. Soy sauce
8. Spring onions
9. Salt to taste
10. Pepper powder
11. Garlic
12. Green chilli


Process:-
1. Wash the mushrooms and cut it(if big 4 parts small then 2)

2. Take 2 parts corn flour and 1 part maida in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and ginger garlic paste to it. Mix it and make a thick paste. Put oil to heat.

3. Now add mushrooms to the mixture. Coat it properly and once oil is heated fry the mushrooms.


4. Fry from all sides till golden brown and crispy.
5. Take out in a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
6. Now add oil in a pan and when heated add garlic and chilli to it.

7. Then add some onion whites and saute.
8. Add the three sauces(u can add vinegar at this point if you want)

9. Saute it and then add water to it.
10. Meanwhile when the water it heating take bowl and add 1 tea spoon or little less corn flour and add water to make a paste.

11. Once the water is boiled add the paste to it and saute till u get your consistency of gravy.

12. Add the mushrooms and onion greens to it.


13. Saute for few mins and it's done. Serve hot.
