Egg palak gravy
Ingredients:-
1. Eggs(2)
2. Palak 1 bunch
3. Onion 1
4. Tomato 1
5. Garlic 4 to 5
6. Chilli 1
7. Salt
8. Turmeric optional
9. Pepper powder
10. Cumin powder
11. Dhaniya powder
12. Garam masala powder
13. Coriander
Let's begin:-
1. Wash palak properly and boil it. Let it cool and make paste and keep aside.
2. Eggs can be put by 2 ways.(a. You can hard boil it and cut it into 4 pieces. b.make an omlet and cut it into pieces.)
3. If u are making omlet, crack eggs in a bowl. Add diced onions,coriander, chillies, salt pepper and mix it. Now add oil in a pan and add omlet mixture to it. Flip and cook both sides. When done cut into pieces and keep aside.
4. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin and bay leaf. Now add garlic and diced onions to it.
5. Once onions are brown add tomatoes and masala to it. Add little water and cover and cook for few minutes.
6. Once masala is cooked add palak paste to it. Add water for gravy. Cover and cook few minutes.
7. Once you get the desired consistency add eggs to it. Saute. It's ready.
8. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
