Desi style Fish curry(rohu)

Ingredients:-
1. Fish 1/2 kg
2. Mustard oil(for frying and curry)
3. Onion 1pc
4. Garlic (few)
5. Ginger
6. Yellow mustard (2 tea spoon)
7. Posto(poppy seeds) (2 tea spoon)
8. Whole Jeera (2 tea spoon)
9. Whole Black pepper (1 tea spoon)
10. Whole dhaniya(2tea spoon)
11. Green chilli 1
12. Turmeric
13. Salt
14. Kashmiri chilli
15. Green coriander
16. Bay leaf
17. Tomatoes


Process:-
1. Was the fish properly and keep aside.

2. Put oil in the frying pan to heat.
3. Now add some mustard oil, turmeric and salt to the fish and mix.

4. When the oil becomes hot start frying the fishes to Golden brown and keep aside.


5. Once all the fishes are fried let's start with the curry.
6. Take all the ingredients shown below except bay leaf and green corriander and blend it smooth.

7. Pour oil in a kadhai and once hot add bay leaf.


8. Add the masala paste and start frying it.

9. Once the masala paste is half cooked add tomatoes(you can puree it),salt,kashmiri chilli and turmeric powder.



10. Fry the mixture till it starts leaving oil. Once it's done add water.


11. When it starts boiling add the fishes and let it boil for few more minutes.

12. When done add green coriander. Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
